Before establishing my own coaching and consulting business, I gained more than 15 years’ experience, working for big organizations at 5 different markets. I have performed a wide variety of medical roles, reaching progressively higher-level positions both locally and regionally. I have also worked in complex matrix structures and led teams across different countries. This enabled me to quickly adapt to change, build rapport with key decision makers and reinforce my teamwork skills.
During my corporate life I, along with my team members, got several “Best Practices Awards” within emerging markets. I have also had the chance to successfully launch diverse new products into the market. Furthermore, getting higher levels of employee's satisfaction was my main accomplishment, what summarizes my vision below:

A Certified Ontological Coach, NLP Practitioner and Medical Doctor
I earned my medical degree at La Plata National University Medical School. After completing an ICF-accredited coaching training I was certified as Ontological Coach. Simultaneously, I got my NLP Practitioner certification at the Argentine School of NLP and Coaching. Furthermore, I have completed several training courses on key complementary topics such as Media Skills, Effective Oral Presentations, Negotiation, Leadership and Change Management. Additionally, I have also gotten a Pharmaceutical Marketing diploma and a Clinical Research Post- Graduate Certificate. This robust background has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the set of skills needed to succeed as well as of the impact of language, emotions, body posture and biology on our life and career.
