About Ontological Coaching

Coaching is a learning process aimed at partnering with clients to find their own answers and/or inner resources to maximize their personal or professional potentials. The “ontological approach” is based on the understanding of human beings through their language: Change your thoughts / transform your world. An Ontological Coach has three main areas of intervention, i.e., the clients’ language, emotions and corporal postures.

What are the results you can get through a coaching process?

  • Development of a functional manner of thinking, communicating and behaving, aligned with your personal and/or professional objectives
  • Added value to an individual, team, function or organization
  • Delivering results: direct impact on individual and business performance
  • Building leadership skills
  • Effective Communication
  • Talent retention
  • Increased level of engagement
  • Improved empowerment and accountability
  • Support to raising team effectiveness

Coaching or Consulting: What is the difference?

A consultant is an expert who is called on for professional and/or technical advice. They are relied on to understand the problem and present / find effective solutions to deal with it. A coach is a subject matter expert at coaching, not necessarily the subject matter expert of the client’s coaching topic. While in consulting sessions answers come from the consultant, in coaching session answers come from the client, who becomes “conscious" of his internal and external world through a learning process.
